Loose Ends
Well – I managed to sit and have a little sewing time last night. Just me and my machine. =) I squared up my diamond quilt and add the borders. I will have to post pictures when time is more available – it has been such a busy week, and I was sewing in the dark. Not the best time for photos. I have read that a few people have named their sewing machine. At first, I kinda laughed, but then I thought about how much I enjoy spending time with my machine. So, why not? I need help though – any ideas? I think feminine would suite my machine best.
We went to the final ceremony of VBS today. I have to say that if it weren’t for the invitation of a true friend, Ella would not have been there. She had a blast hanging out with Olivia all week – here’s a picture of the two of them today.
That’s it for today. Owen’s Birthday is tomorrow – I will be back then with pictures, but for now I have a birthday cake to make!
Blessings – Amy

I would be completely cheesy and name it something that starts with S like Suzy, Sally, Sadie… you get the idea :-D
What a cute picture~and what a special friendship they’ve started :)
IT makes a mama happy when your little ones find good friends. Happy Birthday Owen!
Sweet picture. I haven’t a clue about your machine. Ruby?
Love this post Amy. It touched my heart. I too feel that I have found a new community through blogging, and it is such a blessing to me. I’m glad we can be here for you and that you open your heart up to us. Oh, and by the way – did you run into anyone at VBS or have any awkward moments?
