Posted on March 3rd, by Amy in give away. 284 comments

Hi friends!  Another fantastic fabric giveaway for you today!

Michelle at Rosebud Quilter is offering two sets of eight fat quarters, of Modern Meadow.  Have you seen it yet?  It’s the latest collection from Joel Dewberry, and I love the color palette – just look –

You can read more about  Michelle and her shop on her blog, and this post too.

To win one of these two sets -

Share the thing you look forward to most this spring.  If you are in the southern hemisphere, share what you are looking forward to in the fall.  :)

–I’m looking forward to the sidewalks clearing, and my deadline passing so I can get out and walk more.  I’ve been couped up the last few months!

Be sure to visit Michelle’s shop, she has some great sales going on, and lots of other goodies for you!

I will select a winner (via rng) on Monday, March 8th.

Good luck~

I'm sooooo looking forward to going on walks/jogs without dodging muddy puddles of melted snow and slush from passing vehicles. It adds a dimension to the work out, but the soggy sneakers and socks are such a bummer. Spring begs for us to be outside!

I'm looking forward to Spring so the snow will melt and we can see the grass once again. I also looked forward to more daylight in the evenings. Sewing is much better in natural sunlight.

I look forward to longer days and it still being light out when I get home from work after 6-6:30 pm. Then neighbors will still be out and I can catch up with them instead of going straight into the house!

The fabrics are really pretty and modern.

My favorite thing about spring is the smell of spring–wet dirt. Can't think of more words to describe it–but you know it when you step out on that first 50 degree day–ahhh…can't wait.

    Happy quilting!

First, I love this fabric line. I'm planning on buying the blue and green colorway once I've lost my five pounds. (that's my reward!) but if I win, then I can buy something else.

I'm looking forward to being able to walk out my door in sandals and short sleeves. I'm so tired of bundling up!

well, i live in sudan – and winter temps are about 80F, it sometimes gets into the 60s at night…. summer temps are lows of maybe 75 (at 3am) and highs of 110/120F. we don't really have spring…
BUT i am looking forward to seeing more ultrasounds of the baby in my tummy, and not feeling nauseous i hope..

i love spring in england, daffodils, and all the other pretty spring flower that pop up. just the smell of spring, of freshness, of sunniness and almost summer feeling. i definitely miss it here, or when i'm in the US (my husband is from the US.
