The Countdown Continues

Hi Friends!  I’m continuing to work on the details for Blogger’s Quilt Festival.  Look for my new BQF post this Friday to link up your quilts.  I’ve been chatting a little with support for InLinkz and feel confident using the thumbnail linky for the Festival, having an image for each quilt will be so amazing!

Are you ready?

I hope you’ve taken beautiful photos, and thought about the story of you quilt.  I love hearing all the special meanings for each quilt.

My quilt, you ask?  I basted it Monday night, but woke up with a cold yesterday morning and have slowed down considerably.  I’ll get there though!

Happy Quilting~

Amy

You are on about the same schedule as I am… I hope to finish quilting tonight and bind tomorrow. Unfortunately, the weather has been just miserable to looks like I’m going to have to try for an indoor photo.

I’m torn on whether I should feature the Halloween quilt I made for my husband years ago, or a more modern version I finished this year! Hope you feel better enough to finish your newest quilt project!

Amy, I hope you’re feeling better soon – I’m on my third week with my cold. I have a question for you – my favorite quilt EVER is the one I’m working on now, but I’m hand-quilting it and it won’t be done in time. Does the quilt for the festival have to be finished? Or can it be in-progress???

Amy, I sure hope you’ll feel better now! Because, you know – Blogger Quilt Festival is just around the corner! I already picked the piece I’m going to show you all; right now, it is proudly hanging in my office and makes me smile every time I look at it. See you all very very soon !!!

Boy it must be going around, my boys and I have been sick, they are doing better now but I still have a cough and am congested. Yuck.

I just recently found your blog and would like to post for your BQF, but the quilt I would want to show off is off being machine quilted and I don’t have it back yet, hopefully they can finish soon.

Hi Amy, I’ve been reading about your bloggers quilt festival and have some questions…if you have time to answer. First, I am not very good with posting and linking up to someone else. Can you explain it a little better if there is still time to show a quilt. Patty

My stash just keeps on growing and growing. Like the giant plant in Little Shop of Horrors — “feed me Seymour!”. What can I say, I have Halloween on my mind. :D
I just keep on feeding it and well I desperately need to get my fantasy quilts out of my head and into quilts.

Second, these ebooks are mentioned to be several hundred pages long.
