Everyday Handmade: 22 Practical Projects for the Modern Sewist

Posted on December 8th, by Amy in review. 4 comments

Hey there!  I’m a little bogged down with projects that I can’t share here, but I thought I would share a book that released last month!   It’s another great idea for your wishlist too – Everyday Handmade is a fun book full of great projects!

The projects are simple enough and detailed enough that anyone could pick up this book and make an adorable project.

Bags, tablet covers, zipper pouches

home decor, aprons and adorable stuffies are included.

All made with beautiful modern fabrics, and photographed beautifully!  There are a number of projects, I can’t wait to make with my girls, and a few others that will be just for me.  Also,  there’s lots of great gift ideas too!

Any patterns are included at full size, so there’s no need to enlarge pieces, which I love.  All the instructions are clear and concise and every project is a winner!   I hope you will check out Everyday Handmade to see more of the projects, and  pick up your copy!

Blessings ~ Amy

  1. LOVE IT!!! My son and his girlfriend live in PC…and she loves little craft projects like this book! My son tells me she has a “craft box” she keeps in her craft closet…also known as the laundry closet!!! Poor baby will one day have her own craft area….
