One Thing, One Week Challenge :: Link Up 9
Time to show off your finished goal! I’m looking forward to seeing all that you accomplished.

Today we link up and show off what we got done. If you haven’t already, go post about it on your blog (or flickr) and come back to link up with your permalink here – (please only add your link if you added your goal to the comments last week).
Since today is a US holiday I’m planning to leave the linky open for two days.
Those of that met your goal, will be entered to win the group of Flurry charm packs:
I’ll announce the winner tomorrow, don’t forget to visit the links and cheer each other on!

I challenged myself to make a zip pouch for Emmalie, and I did!
Emmalie’s pouch is made with Delighted! fabrics. I paper pieced the block and worked it up to the size I wanted (7″ x9″ finished)
Then I made one for myself! I signed up for the Dessert of the Month Club and couldn’t resist piecing another block/pouch for myself. I am loving the color combo!

I can’t wait to see what you’ve been working on this week!
Amy

This has been a great motivator! I was inspired to try, and I’m glad to say that I finished my selected project! It’s a great feeling. :) Thanks, Amy!
Thanks so much for having this challenge, Amy! I did manage to get my quilt cut out, and even a little sewing done on it – now to finish piecing it in between quilting the five quilts that are in line for the quilting frame! That’s my goal for this week – so thanks for not hosting this challenge again this week – I’m not sure I can get all this done!
Thanks for this Amy ! finally got some sewing in ! I love your pouches ; very lovely !
Love the pouches you made! Both are adorable! Thanks so much for this challenge! It really kept me focused this past week. I did tons of cutting…and then just joined a quilt-along–so MORE cutting! But working on that is my goal this week. LOL
Since Procrastination is my middle name–I really enjoy that I have my guilt block done three days before it is due! Usually I am rushing only a couple hours before the meeting. LOL
Great finishes, Amy! Those zip pouches are so cute! I ran out of fabric so I only got 1 of my quilt backs done but if my Bella Stone comes in the mail tomorrow I may just get it finished before the linky closes. If so, I will update my post and delete my first link. Thanks for hosting! Hope you are enjoying your Monday. Smiles~Beth
Ok, this is really inspiring! By next week, I’m going to try to get at least the top of a baby quilt pieced. Hooray!
Thanks for hosting this challenge, Amy! It really helped push me to get this quilt basted! Now… if I could just get it quilted. :P
Sorry I posted my picture twice but my name didn’t show under the first one. (Yellow and pink knitted baby hat)
Thanks for the motivation Amy!
Your pouches look great.
Honestly can’t believe that I got this done on time! Thanks for the extra motivation!
Shen I found your challenge yesterday morning, I knew what I was going to finish up – and I did. I probably wouldn’t have finished it otherwise. Thank you!
I finished my quilt top – hooray for me! I would post a pic but I can’t figure out how to do that. I think I have to have a blog set up for that (and I don’t). Thanks Amy! I’m enjoying your blog :)
I was able to get my older daughter’s kilt and vest finished. And a dance blouse for my younger daughter
I did it! If it weren’t for this, those fabrics would still just be in a pile, so THANK YOU!
Somehow I missed this challenge and I need motivation more than anyone in the world. However, I did manage to post a comment on every single completed (or almost completed) project on each blog. Sixty blogs with sixty inspiring fun projects!! I now have plenty of motivation to go quilt and baste the baby quilt WIP I would have committed to had I seen the challenge. Thanks Amy!! I had a lot of fun checking everything out.
