This Week

…is a week of finishes for me!

I’ve got a new pattern in the works, and hope to share it with you soon!

I also have to meet an editing deadline, so my posts will be a little sparse.

Are you planning any finishes for this week?

I already made my list!

  1. I have a set of postcards to get out this week. Not much going on – getting ready to have the floors refinished in a couple of weeks so lots of prep stuff before that.

  2. Im working on a set of 16 orange dresden’s for my niece’s graduation from college and move into her first very own appartment. I’ve gotten 12/16 appliqued. Four more to go and I can start piecing the top.

  3. I’ll be cutting out background fabric for my Retro Flowers wall-hanging, and I’m hoping to get some of the flowers pieced, too.

  4. Yes. It’s time I finally get photos of my older quilts so I can blog for real. And I’m trying to finalize the writing of my very first pattern. This is all new to me and it’s time some of it got finished. : )

  5. Good for you. I can’t wait to see the newest pattern. For me I’m pushing to finish the 2nd teacher quilt. The 1st was delivered to my long arm person this morning. The 2nd needs to be to her by next Tues. The 3rd hopefully soon after that. The end of the school year is coming fast.
