Bee Block Catch Up!

Posted on October 30th, by Amy in Bees Knees. 8 comments

Over the weekend I took a few hours to catch up on bee blocks!

These string blocks are for Amylouwho – we were chatting after I shared the picture with her, and she bought some of the prints used the first time we met!  We met up at a fabric shop and had fun chatting and shopping for a few hours.  How fun that she sent these fabrics out for her bee blocks!

This block is for April of Prairie Grass Patterns – she sent fun fabrics, and a paper piecing pattern for us to use!  I liked working on this and was challenged a bit with the angles involved – the end results are worth the efforts though!

Great blocks… both of them :)

  2. Nice blocks! You’ve lined the points up nicely on the star block. I want to try one like that, but lining up the points seems daunting!
