Good Monday Morning! It is so stormy here thundering rain, and lots of it :) It is a nice change of pace really. And I managed to get quite a bit done this morning, which is odd, usually I slow down when it is gray outside. . .

My Thank You is to Melissa and Jaimie. A few weeks ago, I casually asked if anyone had hand-me-downs that they would part with for Owen. I am happy to say that I have been blessed with a great supply of super cute clothes for my little man :) These piles represent about a third of what I received from these beautiful ladies, the rest are waiting for Owen’s legs to get a bit longer :) Thank you both! I am thankful for

- healthy kids.- a free country to live in.- a blogging community :)- my sweet, patient husband.- cool crisp air outside – no cooling the house, and just a tiny bit of heat in the morning.- Ella, she loves school and is a great student.

It has been amazing how my whole mindset changes, when I remind myself to be grateful for the blessings around me. Big or small I have so much to be thankful for.Blessings to you!Amy

In light of my recent funk, and other stuff that doesn’t get posted here. I’ve decided I need to be more aware of the blessings in my life! I have put a good bit of thought into the idea lately that I need to be content where God has put me, and the best way I can become content is by being thankful for the blessings that He has given me.

I am thankful for : :

1 : My husband, who loves us and works hard to provide for us.2: My children, who are healthy and love each other.3: A safe home, with air conditioning (yep, it’s hot again).4: The ability to be home with my kids.5: Support of our family and friends.
